The 5-star Steigenberger – ALDAU Resort is located in the center of Hurghada's touristic complex, on the Red Sea shore. The construction of the projected included a 400-room facility, swimming pool, casino, and retail area. Landscaping work and full electromechanical work were also executed. The project’s scope of work included the excavation of about 40,000 m2, the replacement of about 24,000 m2, around 11,000 tons of PC & RC, and about 45,000 m2 of block work. Electromechanical work entailed: central HVAC work using chilled water, plumbing, firefighting system, MV, LV including transformers MRU, power backup generator, all lighting and low current systems including fire alarm, telephone, CCTV, and state-of-the-art security. The Steinberger ALDAU Resort features an on-site golf course, and a 9-hole par 3 pitch and putt course on the beach, as well as 8 dining outlets and a total of 7 meeting rooms of different configurations and sizes. The resort also includes the Algo-therm Red Sea Thalasso & Spa by the beach.
