The project includes the construction of the main road with the width of three lanes and two service roads with the width of two lanes for both: the service road Cairo-Asyut direction using asphalt pavement and Asyut-Cairo direction using concrete pavement. The scope of work commences with the construction of the asphalt main roads in both direction and the service road and the removal of any damaged parts present along with the asphalt surface covering for both directions, in addition to the construction of two tunnels.
