The ARTOC Complex project is located in the 5th Settlement, New Cairo. The project entails the execution of concrete structure works for three buildings: Building A, Building B, and Building C. Each building consists of a ground floor, three typical floors and roof rooms. Buildings also include a basement floor that covers almost the entire surface area of the land below the three buildings. Works also include laying of the electrical pipes, a drainage pit and the sewage pipes in the basement, as well as the garage and the drainage below the garage floor.
