Pyramids Heights Business District is located at km 22 on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. The project covers a total land area of 651,000 m2, with a built-up area of 210,000 m2, overlooking the Great Pyramids of Giza. The construction of this project included office and residential buildings, a commercial center, a 5-star hotel, a social club, an artificial lake, and residential villas. The scope of work for the first phase comprised of road-network construction, earth-work, base-course, infrastructure work, an electrical, sewer and water network, as well as fences and an administration building.
