Encorp is Samcrete’s third contracting subsidiary to close the circle of providing full range of contracting services. Encorp International was established as an Engineering and Construction company specialized in MEP (Electro- Mechanical & Plumbing), High-End finishing as well as Facility Management Services in the different market segments (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Educational, Governmental sectors).

Encorp has obtained several quality certificates; Certificate of Quality Management Systems ISO:9001 in 2020, and the Occupational Health and Safety Management system ISO:45001 in 2021.
