We transform and manage TVET resources (schools & VTCs) to qualify a technically competent and inter- nationally benchmarked professional workforce. In May 2018, NASS academy has celebrated the 5th anniversary and inaugurating a new branch in Al Mokattam area. The center is an extension for the successful partnership between NASS academy & Siemens. NASS industrial automation center in partnership with Siemens is the first of its kind in Egypt and will extensively serve the industry. NASS academy graduated more than 8000 trainees and serves more than 200 companies.

Training & Certifications: • NASS Academy trained and qualified more than 8,000 trainees between 2013 to 2021 • Over 1,800 trainees were qualified in our Training for Employment Programs to enter the workforce in fields of their choice • The Employment rate of these graduates is currently between 85-90% • Over 1800 professionals received Siemens certifications through the NASS SITRAIN automation program • NASS Academy supported our corporate partners through capacity building program for about 2500 of their personnel • 600 of these were part of the Siemens Mega Power Project for the Egyptian Government • Over 100 companies have partnered with NASS to build the capacity of their employees

Vocational Training Centers: • NASS led the development of 5 vocational training centers for the Ministry of Social Solidarity for their homeless children programs • NASS supported the development of a vocational training center in Aswan with the Aga Khan Foundation • NASS supported the Alexandria Business Association in developing and certifying programs for their VTEC Center in Alexandria

Technical Education: • NASS has collaborated with the Ministry of Education & Technical Education on the design and development of the Applied Technology Schools system, which is designed to lead the transformation of technical education in Egypt. • NASS was charged with managing the transformation of 3 of the first group of Applied Technology Schools launched in 2018 - 2020
